1920 Act 30 in Stat. of Union 128Whenever under any law or regulation the passing of..the matriculation examination of the University of the Cape of Good Hope; or..any examination declared to be equivalent to such first-mentioned examination,..the holding of a certificate of exemption issued by the joint matriculation board..shall be regarded as a qualification alternative to the qualification aforesaid...This Act may be cited..as the Matriculation Exemption Act, 1920.
